Fortunately, there are many products for consumers to choose from, though how well many of these products work is often a question of debate.

Many of the at-home whitening products come in a gel form. This whitening gel is generally brushed onto your teeth using a small brush. Some strips are self-dissolving, so there is no need to remove them, and you simply rinse your mouth once the strip is dissolved.

At-home tooth whitening products can also be found in toothpastes and mouthwashes as well. These products are generally meant to be used on a daily basis and will provide whiter, cleaner looking teeth, however they often do not work as quickly as many of the other at-home tooth whitening products available.
